Fall Youth Calendar
Our Director of Family Ministries, April Woodard, has an exciting line up for our Youth this Fall! Along with weekly after school programs for both grade school and middle school youth, she also has lots of other fun things scheduled.
Family movie night every month, beginning with August 26th at 7PM, featuring “The Iron Giant”. There will be popcorn, beverages, and candy available for just $1 each. This is a great way for youth & their parents to come and enjoy some fun time with their family members and church family members.
April offers a Coffee Chat for Youth (6th through 12th grade) after Wednesday Night’s Dinners from 6:30-7:30PM. This hang out time for the Youth to get together for fellowship, homework, brain storming, fun, and coffee (optional!). Having the Youth get together midweek is a great way to keep them motivated and grounded.
October 9th is Family Game Night, from 5:00-7:00PM,which is another great time for the youth and their parents to spend quality time together in a safe, relaxed, and fun environment. Games include card and board games. Refreshments will be offered for free.
October 30th is a Costume Party from 5:00-7:00PM! This fun event welcomes youth to come dressed up for fun, church appropriate costumes of course. Use your imagination and get creative with your costume! There will be a prize for Best Costume along with pizza and drinks! This will surely beat going door to door for candy!
