Lenten Materials Our uniquely blended worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. We encourage everyone to "come as you are" to worship, whether that means dressing casually, formally, or somewhere in between . Our worship service typically lasts one hour and includes a blend of traditional hymns, choir anthems, contemporary praise and worship music, a Children's Moment, a relevant message, and an "open table" (all are welcome) celebration of Holy Communion on the second Sunday of each month. Children are always welcome! Please see below for more information on Current Sermon Series, Communion, Nursery and Children's Church.

Current Sermon Series
The season of Lent was historically a time for baptismal preparation. Those who were new to the faith would be instructed in the ways of Christianity, learning the doctrines we all share together. However, over the centuries, we have come to regard some widely-used catch-phrases and statements as Christian doctrine itself...but these are actually myths.
Each week in this series, we're going to examine a phrase that we've heard before in the context of church or churchy people, then see how our scriptures address these well-known maxims. Here are some myths we've loved over the years...but need to be busted:
2/21: "Everything Happens for a Reason" 2/28: "God Helps Those Who Help Themselves" 3/7: "God Won't Give You More Than You Can Handle" 3/14: "God Said It, I Believe It, That Settles It" 3/21: "Love the Sinner, Hate the Sin"
Join us for this Lenten series as we examine these widely-believed myths and see what the Bible really has to say about them. Each week, we'll be challenged to give these myths up not just for Lent...but for good.
Communion We celebrate communion on a bi-weekly basis, typically on the first and third Sunday of the month. However, during some seasons, we may celebrate weekly. In The United Methodist Church, we view communion as a "means of grace." Our table is open to all who would like to receive. To learn more about Methodist beliefs regarding communion, click here.
Nursery Every Sunday, we have trained nursery volunteers ready to welcome your littlest family members from 0-3 years old. We provide nursery during Sunday School and during worship.
Children's Church After Children's Moment, which takes place during service, children ages 4 years old - 3rd grade are invited back to the children's room where they will have a lesson with our trained and background checked volunteers and staff. During weeks that communion is given, children return to the sanctuary and returned to parents/guardians to receive communion as a family.
